Delivery/Shipping Times

For orders within North America (Canada, U.S.), please allow 3-4 weeks delivery time.

For orders outside North America, please allow 4-6 weeks delivery time.

We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard and PayPal accounts; as well as postal/bank money orders (Canadian funds please) mailed with the order payable to:

International orders may experience delays in shipping due to inbound/outbound processing and typically take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

We do all our shipping courtesy of postal service, but if the item(s) are really needed in a hurry we can also have it delivered via Federal Express (FedEx). Please state that you would like it by FedEx in the shipping order and we'll do our best to fulfill your request.

Tracking numbers

When you place a order, you will receive a confirmation email via Shopify, as well as a email when we ship. We can only provide e-mail support at this time.

Holiday Order Deadlines:

For deliveries before Christmas, make sure to place your order by midnight on these shipping deadlines:

Canada: December 1

U.S./International: November 15 & 25

 

Shipping Rates:

Rates are calculated before checkout is complete, so feel free to try multiple methods for the best fit.

 

U.S./International shipping:

We do not provide tracking for U.S. and/or international orders since the cost of shipping internationally with tracking is prohibitive. The minimum transit time for international shipping is 4-6 weeks. If you haven't received your order within 4 weeks of the shipping confirmation, please do send us a quick email to: jbynoe@hotmail.com.

Returns

Our policy lasts 35 days. If 35 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also in its original packaging,

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejections of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to  your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late/missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: jbynoe@hotmail.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately,sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items it they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at jbynoe@hotmail.com and send your item to :

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. IF you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes and no tracking is available for First-Class International Orders
